The headquarter is located at the national-level “Urban mine”exemplary base —— Metal Resources Recycling Industry Base, Luqiao District, Taizhou City, Zhejiang Province.
As a leading company for the comprehensive utilization of recycling resources, we’ve been cultivating the circular economy industry and expanding our business globally. We are dedicate to making a closed-loop industry eco-system covering from the recycling of the renewable resources, the processing of high-value addition, to the manufacturing of the final products.
The accumulated revenue of our group is 13.6 billion CNY in 2024.
Judong Co., Ltd. implements the strategy “Hundreds of rivers run into the sea; Thousands of peaks face to the mountains” and has been cultivating the overseas markets for over 30 years in the aspect of our global layout. We built a localized recycling network in which the distance of each pair of its adjacent sites is around 200 kilometers apart through the operation of our overseas headquarter Towa Co., Ltd., in Japan. We’ve established dismantling facilities in many countries including Japan, Malaysia, etc., transport the renewable resources to our domestic yard efficiently, and thereby realize the optimization for the allocation of our global resources.
The headquarter of our company takes the “Waste To Value; One Upgrade Double Reduction ” as the central task, relying on the Taizhou industry base as the hub, established a standardized and intelligentialized domestic sortation center for the renewable resources, and created a system of the whole industry chain covering copper, aluminum, steel and plastic.
We transform the renewable metal to high-value-added products, which are well-selling globally, like valves, motorcycle spare parts, precision castings, etc. with the advanced production process provided by our subsidiary companies like “V&G”, “JuXin Smart Factory”, “XinYiFeng”, etc. Thus, we realized the closed-loop of “From Renewable Resources To Final Products” and “A Factory With No Pollution” and promoted the development of the domestic-international dual circulation.
Judong International Building, located at the central business district of Yiwu city of Zhejiang province, is a crucial strategic node for the layout of internationalization of Judong Co., Ltd.
Judong International built a digitalized supply chain system, relying on our core business “The Circular Utilization Of Global Renewable Resources”, and accurately connected the supply side and demand side in this global market of renewable resources, and became the crucial hub for supporting the international trading.
We have established an innovative research and development center with the assistance from the universities and the scientific organizations, made a breakthrough on bottleneck problems like the separation, synthesis and low-carbon technology for the renewable materials, promoted this recycling industry moving from “traditional recycling” to “Green Smart Manufacturing”. We focus on the expansion of the supply chain in this metal recycling industry, the transformation to smart manufacturing, the digital empowerment, and the application in the robot industry. We efficiently process 400 thousand MT of the five major categories of resources like copper, brass, aluminum, special steel, plastic annually, promote the upgrading of the traditional industries, grow the “new quality productive forces” in the industries, achieve both of “China’s Dual Carbon Goals” and the economic efficiency.
Judong Co., Ltd. aims at the high-quality development, using the “the 13th Five-Year Plan” as the guideline, plans to realize a total revenue of 15 billion CNY in Luqiao district, corporate two regular enterprises, create 500 more job positions, solidify the foundation of the district economic development in 2025. We plan to construct a pilot enterprise for whole supply chain in this recycling industry, share the research achievements, laboratory instructions & equipments and the industrial solutions,hereby upgrade our company to a production service company.
